There's a great software - “keyword ESP” by Chuck Mullaney that can and will help you a lot to achieve good results with your adwords campaigns, however it's success is based on parameters such as the number of clicks and the product conversion rate.

A great software that will get you fast and good results is the “Rank Builder” by Alex Goad. It's been some time that I’m using it and I love the way it handle my content syndication strategy. As we've discussed earlier building good backlinks to a website is crucial for high ranking and web traffic and if you are in the internet marketing industry for a while you probably have heard the term “link wheel”. There's a similar SEO software that does what RankBuilder does but it's monthly membership costs are much higher and the results are basically the same. I've used them both and while considering that with both software's the spinning issue remains the same, means that you should put some time and effort in the article spinning process (i.e.Caffeine update), I prefer to use the RankBuilder software. Hence using reputed internet marketing, traffic software can still save a lot of your time and effort, get you the stream of targeted traffic, real visitors to your website and get you guaranteed results.
