If you already have a website and just want to optimise it for the keywords on your website pages content. So you want to check in search engine first. Type in the search box your main keywords and see which keywords you are ranking for already. Then you’ll need to optimize the website pages content for those keywords so you move higher up the search engine rankings.
If you want to use more keywords in your website content, or you haven’t a website yet. Then the first step to take is to start with keyword research. You might be amazed at how many different keywords people type into the search engines search box while trying to find the same thing.
Google Adword keyword tool will show you a lot of different keywords people are typing into Google search box
https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal And you can use services like http://www.WordTracker.com as well .
In order to gather the keywords your content will be based on, Start by thinking about what your prospect will be looking for, What kind of keywords the prospects will type in the search box.
You have to make your website as attractive to Google as possible. But there’s actually two kinds of search engine optimisation to think about.
On website page and off website page.
On website page or off website refers to the elements of your webpage that tells Google what keywords to index your page under. The off page website or off page optimization, refers to the number, quality and the nature of the links that are pointing back to your pages.
If we look at each of these in a little more detail, the primary element for onsite or on page optimisation would be your tags. The HTML title tags, the description tag , the keywords tag, the image ALT tags, the image filenames and the textual content. But the most important is the title tag. If you don’t get anything else perfect, get that title tag right. Its going to synchronize up with your off site efforts and create some really nice results for you.
The title tag is important because it’s the label of your page. That is the first thing that tells the search engine and the people what your page is about. When your page appears in the search engine, the highlight of it is what’s in your title tags. That’s what people are going to see. So that’s absolutely the first thing that you have to write on the page.
The first thing I would focus on is the title tag. You want to get your keyword or keyword phrase in there. You also want to work on your description tag. You want it to be on your page once or twice. You want it in your header title, in your headline, and you want the keyword and some links coming in from other websites or other websites inner pages to your own website inner pages caring your title keywords.
Website Navigation Links.
You want to use your keywords or a keyword phrase within your link from page to page in the navigation bar to point to the inner pages of your website. You need to think that the navigation links are also part of optimizing your website. So instead of a navigation link that says “home page”, it should use one of your keywords related to the inner page that the link will point to, and yes all of that makes the difference in the search engine eyes! Why would you link back to your “home page” using the keyword home page? All you’re doing by linking that way is telling the search engine that your “home page” is about home page, which it isn’t. So instead of having the keyword “home page” in your link back to your home page, put your keywords in there.
Developing your website content.
The first thing to note is that search engines are getting a little bit smarter. They are always improving their algorithms. One of the things they are getting smarter about is homing in on the pages that are truly helpful for people.
If you are searching for a page about SEO, Google wants to find the best page about SEO for you. They want to serve up the page that gives the human searcher the best information about SEO topic. Search engine provide a service. They want people to come to and get good results out of their searches, and the only way to get good out of it, is to find pages that are actually helpful.
So when people ask me, how do we write copy that is good for humans and good for search engines? My answer would be to focus on the first part first – your website Tags and write your website content good for people. It’s got to communicate your message both to people and the search engine.
When people talk about copywriting, they often talk about sales pages. Most people who create those pages aren’t really focused on SEO at all. They are getting traffic to those pages from other sources besides search engines and that is why you can see trafficked sale pages with high Alexa rank but without search engine rank, So when I am talking about website content I am talking about it in SEO terms.
So you have a website about SEO and on your home page you talk a little bit about SEO. You have a page with a different aspects of SEO. Remember that the first rule is to make the page helpful to people and then you want to do what you might call search engine friendly.
You want to use your keyword into the website content or just go back and make sure your keywords are in your content in ways that will make the search engines really like your page.
I’ve mentioned ALT tag in the image tag earlier. That’s website content too. But getting back to the actual stuff that the human being can read on the page. Start with the title tags that show up in the title bar of your browser. Make sure your keywords are in it. On your page, you will have a headline or two. You’re going to have H1 tags, H2 tags, H3 tags, anything with an H in it - place your keywords in there. Then you want to make sure your keywords are in the actual content on the page, and you want to have a healthy amount of content on the page with your keywords in it in a natural way.
Early and often.
So if you’re trying to write human readable content, how do you do that? Well it’s pretty easy, actually. Start by talking about your topic and use your keywords early and often in your copy in a reading natural way. That is the rule of thumb.
Something else to mention that is becoming relevant to search engines is related keywords. Using words in your content that is related to your keywords, but not exactly your keywords and in order to do that you can use synonyms relates to your keywords.
So don’t just think, well, my keyword is SEO. I’ll include most instances of SEO on my page. That’s not going to do it. Include SEO a few times, But think of it as a healthy number and also include related SEO concepts in your content that search engines will like.
So how many keywords will we be focusing on in one website page?
Well there isn’t a fix number to focus on. If you try to focus on more than 3 to 6 keywords, you’re going to find yourself getting distracted with the content. If you try to target 20 keywords on your page, that’s going to be tough to come up with any healthy content that anybody wants to read. So, it’s better focus on 1 to 3 keywords per page content. If you do that, you are going to keep your mindset correct when it comes to writing good copy and the search engines are going to like it and your keyword density rate will probably be right.
As a matter of fact. I don’t think about keywords when I write website content most of the time. If somebody tells me “I want this to be keyword rich.”, I’ll say “alright, fine”. I’ll write some content that people would like to read and then go back and SEO the content. Typically, what I end up doing is, I’ll write something, It will be what I want to say, the way I want to say it, and then if I’ll realize I’m not really targeting the keyword so well, I’ll go back and change it, what I end up doing, is coming up with the keyword version that uses related keywords synonyms for something else I wanted to say, And I always want to have good language that uses my keyword in a very natural way. So I would say there are no real formulas. As a matter of fact, if you use a formula it’s probably going to distract you from what you need to be focused on, which is good content.
First and foremost, focus on content so that it’s actually human friendly. And secondly, consider the search engine robots.
Remember I mentioned, search engines are getting smarter and they are looking for more contextual stuff. It’s called Latent Symantec Indexing or LSI. It’s going to become more prevalent over time. So you want to have good content first. It’s not a technical thing, its a contextual thing. And having good content is going to win, because search engine really wants to point people to the best relevant content.
Finding Good Information.
If you think about it, there are billions of pages now on the web. Its not a problem finding information, its a problem finding good information. If you provide good information, better information than other websites, Search engines are going to favour your website content.

Hi, I ‘m quite busy in preparing the launch of my new project which is WebsiteSubmitTools.com – The internet marketer dome which will allow users to drive targeted traffic to their website the easy and search engine friendly way, and that’s the reason i didn’t wrote any lately. Today i will write again about seo – I just love it and love to see the fast results a well optimized website or article get.
Before we dig in in seo. I just want to mention that there is no hat or grey zone stuff I’m writing about. Everything I’m writing here is search engine friendly and it’s not going to get you black listed or kicked out of the search engines, in fact it might really help you climb higher in the search results for your main keywords.
I’m going to cover some search engine strategies and some search engine techniques that helped me gaining the search engines first pages for some of my websites and articles, But as some of my readers asked for, I’m going to start off by explaining the basics of how the search engines spiders work in order to index websites.
Search engines are essentially a document retrieval program. They use computer algorithms to follow links on the internet and to index websites pages. The search engines spiders analyse the website pages to try and figure out what the pages are about. Once they establish the website content, that website is indexed under a keyword, set of keywords or keyword phrases that relates to that webpage.
When someone enters a search term into the search engines search box, the search engine displays the most relevant results, based on the keywords they’re filed under. The search engines simply shift through the websites and pull out the ones that best match the keyword you’ve typed in the search box.
So the challenge is trying to convince the search engines that your website content is more important than everyone else in you niche. If you do that, the search engines will index you on it’s first page and it means a lot of organic, targeted traffic for your website.
Seo essentials.
Domain name: Must contain your keywords! for instance if I’m selling brand fashionable designer stuff, so i would use at least two of those keywords in the domain name such as “brand fashion stuff.com” or “designer stuff.com or “fashion brand store.com”, “fashion brand.com” etc. that’s my first seo rule to follow.
Proper meta tags based on your keywords with the right density rate, title tags, description tags and keywords tag.
The title tag Must contain at least one of your keywords, i usually use my two main keywords, try to write it without “spaces”, “and”, “punctuations” or so. The title tag Must be one long sentence without interruptions that contain your main keyword at a higher density rate then the second keyword and, the second keyword at a higher density rate then the third keyword and so on.
Back to my new project WebsiteSubmitTools.com’s title:
“Website Submit Tools The Internet Marketer Search engines solution to your website Search Engines Submissions PLR campaigns Internet marketing software to drive free Targeted traffic to your website”.
You can see that I’m using the keyword “website” as my main keyword and it appears three time in the title, the second keyword is “search engines” and it appears twice in the title, The other keywords “Submit Tools“ “Internet Marketer” “PLR campaigns” “Internet marketing” “software” “Targeted traffic“ appears once, this is a Hugh website with a lot of optimized content so it permit me to use more keywords that will have the right density rate.
WebsiteSubmitTools.com’s Description tag:
“website Submit tools has a one of a kind program that will allow our members to build a steady stream of free targeted traffic to their website(s) from major search engines such as Yahoo and Google”.
I’m writing it as a real one or two long sentences based on my top main keywords which are “website”, “search engine” “targeted traffic”
Keywords tag: here i would write all my keywords by their importance order and i would keep in mind that each keyword must be connected to the website content and it should have a density rate of 3%-4% of the content.
I would try to write fresh content based on my keywords. Although we already know that the search engine will index optimized duplicate content, with fresh and optimized content you’ll get better chances to climb your way up to the search engines first pages, i never saw any duplicate content website that was indexed real high.
Back links:
This is one of the basic things you need to think of if you want to stay indexed on the search engine first pages.
Yes, you can ask for links from other related websites, write articles that will give you links,(read here how to optimize your articles) post in forums using forum signatures etc.
The idea is to anchor that link with a keyword optimized phrase. Instead of using a link that says “click here” you use an anchor link that says “your keywords” that will synchronize with the title tag on your page, so when the search engine spider finds that link and its got a your keyword in it, they follow that link to the website to find the same keyword in the title tag. It’s the sure way to increase your index result.
A thing to keep in mind that the links you want Must be on related website, with related content and that those website are using the same keywords as you use in your Meta Tags and your link anchor text. Any other link won’t really serve you in the eyes of the search engines. It’s better to have ten related links then hundreds all over the web that won’t contribute for your search engine position and drive you keywords targeted traffic.
Back links & PageRank
Everyday I get links exchange propositions from other website owners, when i check those site i put in mind that the website must have my PR or higher, I’m checking the anchor text links the website has, the meta tags and the content. If my site has reached PR2 i would not place a link of a site with lower PR then PR2, simply because it might hurt me, this site will climb the search engine stairs on my back, it might get a higher PR while my site might fall to PR1. I would never exchange links with non indexed website even if it carries my tags and keywords.
I would never use any links farms because my aim is to have less but good links then hundreds of non useful links that might harm my website.
Today some smart seo marketers launch some websites that deals with one way and three way links, i will try to cover it in another post soon but meanwhile you can get an idea of one of the best in the field Mr, Jonathan Léger – My way link.
On site or Off site seo.
Of site SEO refers to the elements of your webpage that tell the search engine what keywords to index your page under, Your meta tags, the images ALT tags, the images filenames and the textual content which should be related to your tags and have the right density rate
The off site seo refers to the number and the quality of the links that are pointing back to your website content.

Article Marketing
Article marketing is one of the most incredible strategies ever to be incorporated with online advertising . It has proven to be the most cost-efficient and most effective of them.
By the term itself, you probably would know what this kind of marketing is about. By writing articles that are content-rich, you will be able to reach more people online and drive targeted traffic to your website. Not only that, you will be able to brand your company name and project a credible image to those who may have chanced upon your articles.
For a long time now there has been a lot of buzz in the online world about article marketing, but I am still frequently asked how to make it work? A brief answer is that like any large medium, the internet is hungry for fresh content.
You’ve heard the saying before that, "content is king". That’s not completely true, “Unique and Fresh content is king”.
If you have tons of truly great content that the search engines refuse to recognize because they’ve seen it before elsewhere, what good is it doing you? None!!
Search engines algorithms are constantly becoming more sensitive to, and tougher on, duplicate content. You need unique and fresh content that will produce results both with the search engines and with your readers.
However, unlike other media outlets such as TV, radio and newspapers, which generally only use content from professional writers, on the internet, anyone can publish. Article marketing is a way of taking advantage of that freedom and using the medium as a way to bring targeted traffic stream to your website or blog.
Modern search marketing trends require staying updated so that a good and fresh content from your articles marketing campaigns matters a great deal for generating targeted Traffic to your website.
Let’s think about natural human behaviour – especially natural human behaviour online. When people are searching for information online, they are really ’scanning’ words and looking for the title questions and answers that ‘pop out’ to them, Also, people that search for information online are going through a LOT of words and get a bit tired of reading all the fluffy stuff to try and find their solution.
Readers are scanning answers but what if a good question pops up from the article? What if they didn’t even thought this question is related to the basic idea they are reading your article for? What if they find a series of those questions and answers?
In this case the discussed human behaviour above is changing to satisfy the curiosity those questions raised and then your readers will take the time to close reading, take notes, even bookmark the article or better, as statistics shows that probably they will click the link to your website to get what you offer.
Yes But How To get your website pop up in the search engines when people conduct search?
One of the secrets to article marketing is that you have to ask the right questions, respond with the right answers while keeping the right keyword density rate in order that you article will pop up in the search engines when people conduct search.
Write an article and put your strategic keyword in the questions/titles.
Bold the keyword. (According to my experience, it helps the search engines robots to quickly index the article based on the keyword used)
Respond with the right answers based on the keyword used in the question and try to place this keyword at the beginning of the answer phrase or up to the fifth word.
Try to keep a keyword density rate of 2% in the answer and up to 3% keyword density rate thought all the article.
For a 400-500 words article I’m using one keyword or keyword phrase while keeping 1.5% keyword density rate, For 800 -1200 words article I’m using up to four keywords while keeping 3% keyword density rate for the main keyword , 2% keyword density rate for the second keyword and 1% keyword density rate for the rest of my keywords. Usually most of my articles are considered as fresh content for the search engines and dominate Google first page.
Very important to remember is to place the main keyword at the beginning and the end of the article body just like you can see on this article, it’s a tip that i recently learnt and it’s a good addition to article marketing seo.
Dear Reader, not long ago, one of the most estimated marketers launch “Answer Analyst” software which immediately was concede red as the ultimate article marketing tool.
