Lately i've got a few requests from a growing number of this blog readers to write more about affiliate marketing. After i've responded to some of the emails i realized that what i was thinking obvious, isn't at all especially to new marketers.
I've started a few years back and back then, the information wasn't all over the place, what could be found had a lot more value then these days and it was easier to see results for the efforts we, marketers put into promoting information products as products creators or as an affiliate marketers.
I think that there's no way around but searching for knowledge online and it can be found all over the net, you just need to open your eyes and mind and to be willing to learn as all is out there lying in front (Warrior Forum), and i mean good and valuable information But, as there's a lot of S__t stuff going around and many people just rehash the information they just bought and are trying to sell us the same old info that they didn't take the time to test to see if it work, i've decided to write a few posts and a few reports that will describe some of the affiliate marketing principals and the ways that worked for me, from driving targeted traffic to affiliate offers, how i'm creating my landing pages, how i'm doing my niche and products research, and which are the most interesting affiliate networks i'm using to generate leads and money. I will also mentioned some of the products and their creators that helped me along the way and if they are still available i will send you to their site.
I know that some of the visitors are a few of the big names in the industry and that most of them aren't going to learn new strategies from what I’ll be revealing, but please keep on coming as this series is for the new marketers who are willing to dive into our industry. We were all at the same starting point not so long ago and the only difference between us is that we had our guides/mentors who leaded us to see clearly the pitfalls, so if we can help others it will pay it forward. A Quick Look at Internet Marketing before diving into affiliate marketing advanced strategies
If you run a WordPress installation and want to use affiliate links, it can get a bit ugly. Wouldn’t it be nice to link to www.yoursite.com/hop/name instead?
Historically, this is usually accomplished with a standalone PHP redirect, or a line in the .htaccess file.
Now you can do it through the WordPress administration. This plugin allows you to configure a hop name, and a hop destination. When you link to yoursite.com/hop/TAG/, the visitor will be redirected to your chosen destination.
You can configure as many hops as you wish. Another nice feature is that if you link to /hop/gifts/, and your affiliate link changes, you don’t need to go hunting for all references to that link. Just update the hop, and save yourself some time!
Finding ways to make money online isn't as difficult as you may think. Today, there are more ways than ever to earn a good living from home, and many of the best opportunities are web-based. Most can be started for little to no money, and the potential for earning cash is almost limitless! Here are some of the top low to no cost home businesses you can start today.

Articles submitted to EzineArticles, GoArticles, ArticleDashboard and similar articles directories are a great and very effective way to drive targeted traffic to the offer you are promoting.

D. Online Surveys -Yes, believe it or not, there IS money to be made in the online surveys business and when I just started my online carrier I used it quite a lot. There are several sites that let you sign up for free and fill out as many surveys and offers as you like. Most offers are totally free and provide market surveys for you to fill out or trial offers to sign up for using your credit card (just cancel before the trial is over and your card won't be charged). Depending on the offer, you can usually make between a few cents and around $40.
Do this enough times a day, and the money really starts to add up.
