LSI stands for Latent Semantic Indexing. They appear in the lower table just below the main keywords results, According to Wikipedia , Latent Semantic Indexing (LSI) is an indexing and retrieval method that uses a mathematical technique called Singular Value Decomposition (SVD) to identify patterns in the relationships between the terms and concepts contained in an unstructured collection of text. LSI is based on the principle that words that are used in the same contexts tend to have similar meanings. In simple words, LSI keywords are just words that relate to your main keyword or keyword phrase and the search engine gives them additional importance so you should use them in every optimization process.

Although some SEO experts would say that you shouldn't pay attention to the keyword density, I still think that although the search engine pays less attention to the density issue, it would be better to keep your keyword density around 2% - 3% and if you are using LSI keywords in the optimization process, your web page would have better chances to rank high.

Social Media Marketing – This is one marketing tool that I can not live anymore without and you can tap effectively as the number of users online that patronizes this are growing everyday and if you become successful with it, your website will go a long way. But before deciding to jump into the bandwagon you must try to know everything about social media marketing first before anything else.

You want to start by placing an anchor text using your top keyword linking to your site in the title of the description box, just below, write a short or long description, it can be some phrases or better, a full lenth unique content article of 400 - 500 words using your main keyword and two other LSI keyword throughout the article.

You can link a second time the main keyword to your home page preferably near the end of the article and an LSI keyword to an inner page of your site carrying the same LSI keyword in that page meta tag so you'll have a total of three links in that video page.

If you have an author page on EzineArticles or on GoArticles you can link to one of these pages instead of using the third link to point to you site but this is a linking strategy that would be too long to describe here so I will write about it in the future.

Article Marketing – The oldest marketing strategy that is free, easy to do and that is very, very effective if done the right way, however very time consuming as writing is not easy even if you have a flair for writing. In addition, you will need to submit this to article directories with your link indicated in an optimized author’s box. Keep in mind that at least bi-weekly submission of quality and unique content articles is necessary to help your site rank because a onetime submission is not enough to make you successful online.

All these are just some of the marketing campaign that requires a search engine optimization. If you are one of my loyal readers (thanks :-) ) you know that i rarely recommend any Internet Marketing related products or post about any upcoming new product launch especially if i do not use it. well, This one is different. I USE IT and i simply love to use it as i get REAL results, wonderful results using it and this is one of the rare ocassions i warmly recommend a product to my readers.

Yes, i use some unique plugin's for my blog that helps me to increase traffic and to get better position in the SERP, some of them are free and can be found on the wordpress plugin's page such as "All In One SEO" while others are developed by me or by my warriors friends and are hard to get. I will write about them from time to time and will set a link to their pages while they're available.

Although i've posted a few days ago about Andy Fletcher's WP Syndicator Plugin, i feel that i didn't push anough to show my appreciation to Andy and to his Magic Plugin, so here it comes...

If you have a blog, you already know the importance of traffic. What if you had a way to syndicate your blog posts across an assortment of Web 2.0 sites, where interested readers could get a taste of your content and then click on a link to go to your blog? Well, guess what – now you do! It's a brand new plug-in called WPSyndicator, developed by a well appreciated warrior Andy Fletcher.

WPSyndicator plugin takes an excerpt of your blog post and posts it for you to 14 popular with high level of traffic Web 2.0 sites plus will automatically tweet it for you to your Twitter account. Of course, along with the excerpt will be a link back to your blog for the viewer to read the rest of the post. Brilliant, isn't it? Not only do you get direct traffic but a very valuable backlink as well, if you use anchor text for the link.

You have the choice of what to set the excerpt to, with the default being 500 characters (around a paragraph or two). The key is to give the reader just enough to get them hooked and be eager to go to your blog to read the rest. You can easily adjust the length of the excerpt, depending on the content you are syndicating, so you'll always be able to have just the right amount out there as bait.

Andy does offer lifetime updates to WPSyndicator plugin, which makes it even more of a bargain. He's already issued a couple of updates that incorporated features suggested by his beta testers and pre-launch customers. The latest update added the ability to syndicate pages as well as posts, auto-syndication capability and rate limiting so you don't get booted off the Web 2.0 sites for spamming.

The plug-in itself is very easy to install and activate, just like other WordPress plug-ins. It will take an hour or so the first time you use it because you'll have to set up all your accounts for the various Web 2.0 sites that your content gets syndicated to. One of the favorite features for many of the early users is the ability to syndicate past posts. Once the plug-in is installed and set up, you will see a link that says “click here to syndicate” whenever you go to edit a post. You can syndicate old or new posts at the click of a button.

Do be careful not to overdo it as you will look like a spammer. Andy recommends doing just a couple posts per day, perhaps one new and one old. This will also give your readers time to see what you have to offer on the Web 2.0 sites instead of drowning them the first day out.
